Holly Springs Library & Cultural
Center – Holly Springs, NC

The design of this library and cultural center on a 1.2-acre site unifies the facility with the existing government complex, as well as with the Holly Springs downtown historic district. CLH Design’s scope of work included site design and approvals for the 20,000 square-foot project. Services included joint use negotiations, concept plan, site layout and grading, utilities, stormwater best management practices (bio-retention areas), planting design and construction observation.
