WakeMed – Northplex – Raleigh, NC

This project involved the new 80,000 square-foot Medical Office Building adjacent to WakeMed North. CLH created the design of the large outside plaza for guest of the Outpatient Surgery Department, as well as a new parking deck for 520 cars. The design, on a very compact site, required intensive stormwater management.
